This policy explains what information you may provide through this website and how Radon Explorer uses it.

What we collect

When you submit the booking form we receive the information you enter: name, email address, phone number, property address, city, ZIP code, property type, reason for measurement, preferred date and time window, number of measurement locations, transaction deadline, occupancy status, and any notes you add.

This site does not use advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. No cookie banner is shown because no non-essential cookies are set. Your theme and motion preferences may be stored in your browser on your device and are not transmitted by this site.

How we use it

To respond to your request, confirm the measurement plan, schedule the work, deliver results, and keep records required for a radon measurement business. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Who else sees it

The booking form uses Netlify, our website hosting and form-processing provider, to securely receive and store the submission and notify Radon Explorer at book@radonexplorer.com. If automatic submission is unavailable, you can choose the direct-email backup. The site does not use an analytics service.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and service records only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide services, meet legal or regulatory obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to business@radonexplorer.com. If you receive text messages from us, replying STOP ends them.

Children

This site is intended for property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
